  • 10 oz Bumble Bee Tuna
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 oz Original Cream Cheese
  • 2 oz Gouda Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Parsley Flakes
  • 1 tsp Xantham Gum

Sauce

  • 1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 oz Original Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Parsley Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Hot Sauce

Toppings

  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Parsley Flakes
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 4 oz Dubliner Cheese, Shredded
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley - Optional

Instructions

Crust

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F, 204 degrees C.
  • In a medium sized bowl, combine all crust ingredients: canned chicken (drained), canned tuna (drained), eggs, cream cheese, gouda cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley flakes, and xantham gum.
  • Mix your crust ingredients together until combined, preferably wearing disposable gloves.
  • Place your crust into a 9 x 13 in pan. Press your crust evenly into the pan, until your crust is formed.
  • Bake crust for 15 minutes, until golden.

Sauce

  • While crust is baking, prepare your sauce. In a small sauce pot, or small pan, add your sauce ingredients. Add the heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, salt, pepper, parsley flakes, and hot sauce.
  • Stir (or whisk) the ingredients until the cream cheese is fully melted and incorporated. Once done, set aside.

Toppings

  • While crust is still baking, prepare your scrambled eggs.
  • In a medium pan over medium heat, melt your butter. Add your eggs and spices: salt, pepper, and parsley flakes. Cook eggs until slightly underdone, as they'll finish cooking while baking.
  • Once eggs are cooked, set aside.
  • Next, fry your bacon in same pan, increasing the heat to medium-high. Fry until bacon is crispy. (Once cooled, crumble with your hands, or chop into small pieces.)

Pizza Assembly

  • Spread your sauce onto your golden crust. Sprinkle the shredded dubliner cheese across the sauce. Bake for another 8 minutes at 400 degrees F, 204 degrees C.
  • Next, top pizza with eggs and crumbled bacon. Bake for a final 2-3 minutes.
